Rehab & Assistive Tech Lab

The Rehabilitation & Assistive Technology Lab focuses on the design, development, and clinical translation of technology-driven solutions for differnt healthcare problems including. The lab focuses on integrating multi-disciplinary expertise across different domains including biomedical engineering, electronics & instrumentation to develop novel therapeutic solutions for modern healthcare challenges.

Broad Areas of Research Focus

• Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) in healthcare
• Assistive devices and wearable technologies
• Human–machine interfaces for rehabilitation
• Biomedical signal and image processing

Current Opportunities

Currently the lab is actively looking for motivated B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. students, from various backgrounds including electronics, instrumentation, computer science, and biomedical engineering having a strong interest to work on the focused areas as mentioned above (All recruitments as per Institute regulations).
